We’re proud of our credentials and the expertise they represent, but for us, it’s about so much more.
Working in partnership with you and your teams, we help deliver successful projects to the communities, neighborhoods, and markets you serve.
Pando is an expansive forest of aspen trees in Utah. While seemingly separate, there is no genetic distinction between its parts; it is all one tree.
This ancient and massive forest extends over 100 acres. It has thrived for more than 80,000 years because the entire forest is interconnected by a common root network, allowing it to share vital resources to support the whole.
Likewise, we at Pando Alliance feel deeply rooted and connected to our community of partners and are steadfastly committed to serving as that conduit, supporting the vital work of providing decent, healthy, and affordable housing.
Through our connectedness, we thrive and grow together.
Pando Alliance was established in 2010 to provide expert green building certification services. Our practice was initially limited to high performance homes seeking top-tier certifications. We appreciate these early adopters because their custom projects afforded us the opportunity to take deep dives into leading-edge programs such as the LEED for Homes v4 pilot, DOE Zero Energy Ready Home, and Passive House (PHIUS).
We quickly evolved to exclusively serve multifamily housing projects throughout the region and found our niche in the affordable housing market. At the request of existing clients, we sought and obtained various MBE/WBE certifications to support their project requirements.
Our continued growth stems from a tireless commitment to attentive client service, backed by deep expertise in an ever-changing industry. Our passion for energy efficiency and environmental stewardship is evenly balanced by our real-world practicality.
We currently serve multifamily housing developers throughout Maryland, DC, Delaware, and into Northern Virginia and Southern Pennsylvania.
